Scope of Services: Test fit planning, programming, space planning, finish selection, hardware selection, cabinetry design, furniture recommendations, and signage support.

Narrative: DS Studio was brought in by the building owner and broker to help show how Spokane OBGYN could successfully fit within a proposed tenant improvement space. Through early test fit studies, we helped the tenant understand the potential of the building and supported the leasing process. The result was a signed lease and a clear path forward for the full clinic buildout.

Once the lease was signed, DS Studio worked closely with the tenant to gather functional needs, equipment requirements, and operational goals for a high-performing women’s healthcare clinic. The final design supported patient comfort, privacy, efficient staff workflow, and long-term functionality, while helping transform the space into a complete medical office environment.
